Citric acid (CA), molecular form. C₆H₈O₇, is an important organic acid. It is a colorless crystal, odorless, with strong acidic taste, soluble in water, and is an acidity regulator (GB2760 -- 2014) and food additive.
Applications:
Citric acid is the largest acid among organic acids, easily soluble in water, and is a natural preservative and food additive. According to its water content, it can be divided into monohydrate citric acid and anhydrous citric acid.
